This is a QUICK, NUTRITIOUS, HEALTHY breakfast. I had this for lunch today, and it kept me going for many hours ahead!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup corn flakes


  1. Stir in all these in a bowl, put down your chef hat, remove the apron, sit back in your royal chair, pick up the spoon and enjoy!
