I love the original chile relleno's but this is so much quicker to make.
- 2 (396.89 g) can whole green chilies
- 226.79 g cheddar cheese
- 10 eggs, slightly beaten
- 226.79 g monterey jack cheese
- 354.88 ml milk
- 29.58 ml flour
- In a 9x13 baking dish layer chiles and jack cheese. Mix together eggs, milk, and flour. Pour over chiles. Top w/cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until puffed and brown. Serve with salsa if desired.
