"I got this recipe from Kraft.ca. This is the original recipe, although I usually add some Italian spice, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the meat mixture because it's quite bland. I've also used ground turkey or ground chicken for these and they were good, but the spices need to be adjusted to the meat."
