"This is a nice accompaniment to steamed rice & fish & a good way to use any greens in your fridge.

I used tamari in this recipe instead of regular soy sauce, which is good if you are not eating wheat.

You can also use canola oil if you do not like using peanut oil.

    Recipe #92518

"This healthy slaw tastes great and looks wonderful, and uses a minimum of ingredients. The shredded bok choy contrasts nicely with the cabbage, and the whole slaw is tied together with a slightly sweet vinaigrette. If you wish, you could add some shredded carrot for more color. Prep time includes allowing slaw to "wilt"."

"A quick & tasty side dish, great as part of an Asian meal. I have used the large bok choy in the past, but have sliced the stem smaller. This will make the dish slightly bitter. The stems should still have some 'crunch'. Adapted from an Australian Women's Weekly recipe."

By Michael Keizer on January 31, 2011

    Recipe #447796

"There must be as many Pad Tai rceipes as there are cooks. This is a very simple, vegetarian version that is well suited for people who like things less spicy. Personally, I add more peppers to make it a bit more interesting, but I have had to learn the hard way that my tolerance for 'heat' is a lot higher than average."
