"Another variation on this specialty of the Caucasus. Serve with a side salad, and it makes a full meal all by itself. This recipe (http://bit.ly/eT2ODq) was linked from the Wikipedia article (http://bit.ly/hZ8FuN). Time cited does not include rising time (90-135 minutes)."

"This is my recreation of a kind of cheese bread that I love to get in Japan. It is SO sinfully good. You will not be disappointed. Don't let my long instructions scare you. I was just trying to be thorough in my explanation. This recipe took years to get just right so I hope you like it. Enjoy -- and happy eating!"

Their blurb: "In the remote mountains of Georgia, the star ingredient of this bread called khachapuri—akin to pizza—is the firm but creamy salted cow's-milk cheese called sulguni. A blend of Havarti and mozzarella will give you a similar velvety texture." Posting for ZWT4, Eastern Europe. Start..."

"My son makes this & it's wonderful! Since he's a big fan of the food network, I'm guessing he grabbed the basic recipe there & tweaked it to suit himself. No kneading required (my favorite kind of bread making). This makes 2 loaves - one for now & one to freeze for later. Prep time includes rising time."
