"Holidays are coming and here is yet another sweet potato recipe. The thyme, garlic and red pepper gives great flavor to the sweet potatoes.
Instead of olive oil try using Pam or No Oil. Just spray the slices on both sides then shake them in the zip lock bag with the herbs. Use Yams if you prefer."

"Every summer, Pop raises green beans and I love them. I'm always on the lookout for other ways to fix them in place of cooking them with bacon until soft, even though that is my favorite. "This is a wonderful recipe. its a kid and adult pleaser. Crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. Every one at the table fights over these when i make them.
I've had sweet potatoes fries at restaurants several times. but i tried to come up with a baked/roasted version... reduce the fat increase the taste.
