"I call this "rescued", because so many people throw away the turkey carcass after a big meal. Don't! Rescue it! Making stock is not hard or complicated. You'll be rewarded with delicious soup, and an amazing aroma will fill your home as you make the stock. And you don't even have to make soup right away -- just freeze the stock!"

"From my Family Recipe Box, Mom loves this sandwich! "This sandwich is a 'smashing success'... in more ways than one. It's a great traveler." You must admit, it is pretty amusing. :) From the Family Recipe Box, dated 3/1/85. The sandwich keeps well, chilled, and is good for taking along on picnics and camping trips."

"I haven't tried this one yet, I'm putting it here for safe-keeping. Looks good, and interesting, and would be good to do when turkey parts go on sale. This recipe is from B.J.'s Market & Bakery in Chicago."

"Can be made in a frying pan or grill (the George Foreman type) I found this recipe on the net, changed it a bit and at the moment it is an addiction!
I like it brushed with the olive oil but my preference is to use mayonnaise and use this method now all the time ever since I made Dawnab's Grilled Cheese, Diner Style"
