"I love Macaroni & Cheese and this is my all time favorite recipe from a newspaper food section a long time ago. It's quick, it's easy and it reheats the next day fabulously. This recipe gets requested more often then any other from my very fussy 12 year old niece so it's a real winner with kids too."

"In Canada we call Kraft Macaroni and Cheese 'Kraft Dinner' (KD). I believe we are the per capita top consumers of this stuff. With two growing boys at home we are making a lot of this again - they love it. Here's how I eat mine. Not a fancy recipe but makes eating with the kids tastier."

"A touch of spicy curry flavour is a surprisingly terrific match for cheesy pasta. Do try the four cheeses below (though you can also use up bits of cheese lingering in your refrigerator). In either case, be sure to use the goat cheese for luscious creaminess. For variety, stir in sliced mushrooms or chopped broccoli.

"This is a delicious twist on Mac n' Cheese that has a full flavour - it's a crowd pleaser, to say the least! This recipe gets gobbled up so fast - you may not even have leftovers - which is too bad, because it's even better the next day!"

"Cooking the noodles in milk, then baking them with three cheeses produces sublime, if caloric, results in this recipe from the Pasta Information Centre. This was printed in the Toronto Star a few years ago."
