"This dessert is an old favourite of many! Everyone seems to LOVE it! It really IS delicious! For some UNKNOWN reason, I seem to make it more often in the cooler months of the year than in the spring or summer! I haven't included the preparation time here mainly because I usually make the pastry case well in advance."

"We made this today as a treat after Sunday lunch and everyone loved it. Served with homemade icecream and my personal favourite, cream! This recipe is posted in Australian measurements so 1 tablespoons equals 20ml (or 4 teaspoons)."

"This recipe is from BHG Low Fat Food 1995. The whole recipe is 8 1/2 points, and serves 6 - that's 1 1/2 points per serve. Tastes as good as the WW Instant Chocolate Pudding sachet dessert. I have used Splenda instead of sugar to keep the points low. Whole recipe has 1 gm fat."

"Light, sticky, chocolate pudding. Very quick and easy to do. Delicious for adults and great fun for the kids to make. Put the sauce on top and when it is baked it becomes a sweet sticky sauce underneath, MAGIC!"
