"I found this peach cobbler recipe on the internet from the Salt Lick Restaurant in Austin, TX. Everyone loves this recipe so much I have to make a double batch! Feel free to cut back on the sugar. Everyone has and the peach cobbler still comes out perfect. :D Personally, I always use two bags of frozen peaches instead of canned."

"I've had these a lot at B&B's, probably because they're delicious and dependable if the right technique is used. This dish is puffy around the outside and flat in the center offering the perfect nest for sliced fresh fruit. It's airy, light and makes a beautiful presentation. The batter can be made up to a day ahead and refrigerated."

"This recipe was inspired by the fruits of my garden.
Apples and the Indian blood peaches rounded with some Indian spices (cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg) are the flavors of this Indian summer cake."

"Chris aka Chef #1118755 made and reviewed my Peachy Mango Salsa and asked about canning it. This is the result of that recipe. I did add garlic and or ginger to it. Yes an optional choice. Used fresh jalapenos in place of the canned green chilies. Be sure not to use over ripe mango's, they need to be firm but fresh. If they are so soft you can't..."

"This is one nice dish especially when entertaining. It’s also very versatile & a great way to experiment with food too. Eg. you can use a whole chicken or thigh meat but I’ve chosen to use breast meat so I don’t have to debone; you can play with all kinds of fruits & you can even replace Salami with Ham etc. This time, I’ve..."

"A Beautiful Amber colored jam studded with golden nuggets of spiced peaches. Brown sugar and Southern Comfort giving a nice caramel flavor and warmness from the spices making it great for the holidays. That is if you can save it till then.
Top some chicken, pork, toast, pancakes, brie, ice cream or cold vanilla yogurt with this.

"I was at the market today, and the smell coming from the fresh peaches was driving me crazy! So I had to run home and make my Mom's peach cobbler. I was surprised to find that this variation has not been posted here. Serve with homemade vanilla ice cream. (If peaches aren't in season where you are, use 2 20 oz packages of frozen sliced peaches,..."
