"This recipe was given to me by a work mate. I used a cooked BBQ chicken which I brought from the supermarket; you can chop the chicken to what ever size you like. Broccoli, carrots and peas could be cooked on the stove top or in the microwave. Don't overcook vegetables they just need to still be semi crisp"

"Here's one of our favorite chicken dishes in the crockpot (with optional gravy). The chicken turns out so juicy and tender, not dried out at all. Very good over mashed potatoes, noodles or dumplings and you can add a side of stuffing as well (see my stuffing Bread Stuffing). I hope you enjoy!"

"This is a small but tasty and easy recipe that uses leftover chicken. I like the fact that it does not have any canned creamed soup in it. I usually serve it in a bowl along with Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits Copycat. Enjoy:)"

"I adapted this recipe from a recipe on a box of biscuit mix. I have added ingredients to the original recipe, which was a little thin for my taste. I like my soups and such to be thick with ingredients. I used canned chicken, but if you have leftover cooked chicken, feel free to use it (or use turkey for variety)."

"I fall back on this recipe when I need some chicken noodle soup prepared in under 30 minutes. I prefer to broil my chicken tenders about 6 minutes per side or until juices run clear. This produces the moistest, tenderest chicken, in my opinion. I serve it with Cheese Herb Beer Bread."
