"We picked 6lbs wild boysenberries yesterday and had them home and turned into jam within 3 1/2 hours. It really is delicious stuff! The lemon helps setting and butter settles any scum that may have formed.I have always made jam by pouring into hot sterilized jars and have never killed anyone. If you would like to process in a hot water bath-feel free...."

"You may reduce the amount of rhubarb and add in fresh strawberries if desired, try adding in different flavors of gelatin too! Plan ahead the fruit/sugar mixture needs to stand overnight before cooking, if you prefer a sweet jam use the 3 cups sugar... your going to love this jam!"

"I found this on my MSN homepage. It has a recipe section. I think it's a Libby recipe. It caught my attention because, first of all, I love pumpkin. But I had wanted to try to make apple butter, but didn't find any that didn't make a vat of it. I don't want to make that much, afraid it might be too much for us to eat. Hope you enjoy..."
