"A quick and simple moist, dense cake with the flavour of plums and brown sugar. Feel free to use any fruit or berries you like instead of the plums. "This is a moist flavorful bread, great when fresh pears are in season but not bad with canned pears either. Even though it appears to have alot of sugar it isn't too sweet. The dough is very thick before you add the pears and craisins."

"This is a really yummy banana bread that the whole family loves. It is the best when warm, and microwaving it works fine to make it warm later on. This was my dad's recipe and it is the best!"

"Taken on this site http://www.dairygoodness.ca And a friend of mine did it 2 years ago. It's really good. She used frozen raspberries instead of jam. And she used the juice from the defrosted raspberries."
