"This is a really nice dessert that is easy to make. I have made it like a pie but my favorite wasy is to make it in tart shells so each person can have there own. I have made this for several parties and it is always a hit. The basis of the recipe came from a Pillsbury pamplet."

"I saw this recipe in Taste of Home and it looked so pretty and delicious I couldn't resist trying it and posting it here to share. It is a very elegant looking dessert but so simple to make. The gingersnap crust is such a perfect complement to the strawberries. A scrumptious dessert without a lot of calories. I'm sure it will taste even more..."

"A weird mixture I decided to try last night fully expecting it would taste horrible. My reaction was 'wow!'. It's really good! It's also seriously low-calorie, low fat, low sugar etc. It's kind of like rhubarb, strawberry and ginger pie or flan with cream topping, but so very much healthier and an awful lot quicker!
