"I love to add these pecans to salads of all kinds. Of course, they are pretty great just as they are! Feel free to adjust the seasoning to suit your individual taste. Also, walnuts and mixed nuts are really good fixed this way."

"This is a very easy, "no mixer" bread to make. It is very moist and a little heavy type banana bread. The really important thing to remember is using all black bananas to get my same results. I always use 5 medium sized bananas and this recipe makes 2 loaves. Also, I've never used buttermilk, but sour milk instead..a little vinegar added..."

"This savory variation belongs in every serious cook's repertoire. Serve these to a crowd you want to impress! Caution..This makes alot, the two small balls are as big as baseballs!
