"We were on holidays at Surfers Paradise in Queensland Australia. We were out at different restaurants every night. One
night we tried Vietnamese. My husband ordered ‘Grilled Chicken with lemongrass & Chilli’ (Ga nuong xa ot). It was quite a surprise when I sampled his chicken, it was mouth-watering. When we got back home I did some research..."

"A very refreshing roll, much like an updated goi cuon, with a choice of two Asian dipping sauces. Served as an appetizer, these rolls make 16, but as a part of a main course, these serve 4 as part of an Asian meal. The rice papers used in this recipe may be found at high end grocers or Oriental markets and are called "Banh Trang"."

"This recipe comes from Chef Viet Tran of New York City's and Philadelphia's Le Colonial Restaurants. I posted this in response to a recipe request. I have neither tasted or made this. (Prep time will depend on how long you marinate. Use your own judgement on how much you shrimp you want with this)."

"My new favorite dipping sauce! Wontons, egg rolls, lumpia, dim sum... I even enjoy it poured over rice. You can make this as spicy as you like or leave out the heat entirely. Recipe by Chef Terrence Khuu of Milpitas' Bleu Ginger."
