"(LFRV) This is a quick delicious way to get some greens in and ensure all the iron is absorbed properly thanks to the Vit C in the mangoes. The spinach amount is a starting point and you can always increase it if your tastebuds will allow. You can also switch the water out for coconut water if that's something you do. ENJOY!"

"I'm on a spinach feta craze right now. I'm not fond of most phyllo doughs but loooove pizza dough. I like calzones that don't have ricotta. How to satisfy all three? This concoction that was a lot of fun to make! Feel free to use another pizza dough recipe or a tube/bag of storebought dough, you need something that yields about one 12"..."

"This is my mother's recipe. I have no idea where she got it from, but everyone always raves about it and begs for the recipe. You can use vegetables, tortilla chips, or crackers to dip. I love this recipe because all the ingredients are fresh, not frozen. I hope you love it!"

"This salad is perfect. AND the curried cashews make outstanding appetizers, garnishes, snacks or gifts; the honey-sesame dressing can be used on any number of salads. The contrast of colors, flavors and textures is inspired. Tom Douglas is chef and owner of 4 Seattle eateries and this salad has been on his menu."

"These present an absolutely addictive and intriguing blend of flavours! Unlikely sounding, but delicious! Cooking time includes chilling time.
If you want to freeze them, freeze uncooked seperately the filling and pastry. When defrosting, you don't need to defrost the filling, but definitely defrost the pastry or you won't be able to fold..."
