"What a quick easy appetizer or snack. These go great when we go camping and are super right out of the freezer. Just pop them in the toaster oven and you have a great quick snack. These are also great warm or cold with a little homemade mustard.
WARNING - Some of my friends say they can hear their arteries hardening while eating them...LOL..."

"I've tried other cabbage soups out there, but they are so bland! This is how I combined a few recipes and adjusted to make it more pleasant. The vegetables can be varied easily, and sometimes I'll use some frozen mixtures instead of the fresh, and it comes out just as good. This recipe makes a big pot, and it freezes great, so don't be..."

"This was an experiment that turned out well. I wanted something different for coffee hour at church, and got many compliments on this. (I will admit that I made an extra egg so I could taste the finished product and still have 24 appetizers to bring!) The prep and cook times are approximate since you can do some steps simultaneously or ahead of time."

"My brother is in construction and needs an easy, high-protein, low mess lunch each day. I started making these for him in large batches and freezing them. He just takes one out of the freezer each morning and it's ready to eat by lunchtime!"

"This started with evelyn/athens' Macaroni Salad (63733) and morphed based on the ingredients I had on hand and my personal tastes. I brought it to a BBQ and my foodie friend pronounced it spectacular, so I had to post the recipe! BTW, the cooking time is actually refrigeration time."
