"The marinade is simply wonderful and so easy. If you bite into one of these hot off the grill the rest may not make it into the house! Make extras because the kids will eat them cold the next day. I marinated the wings for 6 hours to overnight. I also use 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger finely grated instead of ground ginger."

"We make these all the time! Some marinades need just a short time, but this really tastes amazing if you let it take up space in your fridge for at least 12 hours, preferably up to 48 hours. They taste great at room temperature, so you can even cook them in advance. Prep time, as always, includes marinating time."

"I just love Salmon and I'd say this is my favorite to date. This has an Asian touch. Lots of flavor. I did make this with Salmon but its possibilities are endless like tuna, Mahi Mahi, shrimp, orange roughy... I bet grilled pineapple in this marinade along with the fish or meat would be great! Cooking in a basket will caramelize the fish giving..."

"This is modified from Madhur Jaffrey's Quick & Easy Indian Cooking. I love her recipes, but find that they call for far more fat than my diet can sustain, so I've left all the flavor but cut the butter and oil. These are wonderful as either an appetizer to share with a crowd, or a main dish for 4. Just a note- turmeric stains, so please..."
