"I found this recipe on the label of the Green Enchilada sauce can...it is so tasty! I will make it again, but with a bit less heat. If Hatch brand isn't sold in your area, I am sure you can substitute others, I am just sad for you having to use inferior quality products! ;0)"

"This Mexican-style soup is an entire meal. It will keep in the freezer for up to three months. You can make this soup with any pre-cooked chicken or turkey. "This one-dish meal is one of the first recipes I made over and over again when I started cooking for myself. It is so easy and quick to make! The rice cooks with the chicken and veggies, making less mess to clean and frozen stir-fry veggies make it fast! It is a great tasting dish that is also healthy!"

"We had this for our main meal last night. I rather heavily adapted it from a few others as I like meat & my wife and son like pasta & as we are trying to eat healthier I am trying to find new ways to use turkey meat instead of beef."

"My grandma made the best golumpkis (cabbage rolls). I made a pot of TeresaS's Hungarian Sweet 'n' Sour Cabbage Soup (Hungarian Sweet 'n' Sour Cabbage Soup) and it reminded me of grandma's golumpkis. With the leftover soup, some ground turkey, and a few other odds and ends I put together this easy and tasty casserole."
