"This recipe is taken from Recipe 84516, Low Carb Pizza, which is very tasty. I made some modifications to lower the number of calories. The original called for heavy cream, but most grocery stores now carry low-carb milk (Hood brand, green and blue cartons). Chicken and broccoli are a great finish on this "crust"."

"This is a tasty side dish which also works well as a take-to-work lunch reheated in the microwave the next day. Makes 2 lunches or serves 2-3 as a side dish. The figures may be different between countries, but by British Weight Watchers, this recipe is a total of 10 points, so if you make 2 servings out of it, they would be 5 points each."

"The traditional accompaniments for Swedish meatballs are lingonberry preserves and Swedish Pickled Cucumbers. If you can’t find lingonberry preserves, cranberry preserves may be used. For a slightly less sweet dish, omit the brown sugar in the meatballs and reduce the brown sugar in the sauce to 2 teaspoons. A 12-inch slope-sided skillet can be used..."
