"I think this recipe is an absolute gem. Really, in all my years of cooking, I don't think I have ever made chops as delectable as these! Crispy-crunchy on the outside, meltingly tender and moist on the inside. The key, I think, is the salty milk marinade/brine, and making sure not to overcook them. Thanks to Gourmet Magazine for this one."

"Use the thick-cut pork chops for this not fast-fry and only dry breadcrumbs for this or they will not hold on to the chops and plan ahead the chops need to sit a room temperature for about 45 minutes before coating --- if desired for a lower fat option you may skip the skillet browning and just bake in the oven"

"This is a wonderful comfort food and has become one of my family's favorite pork chop recipes --- you may season the breadcrumbs anyway desired adding in Parmesan cheese to your breadcrumb mixture will only improve the flavor --- depending on the size of your pork chops one more won't hurt if you have the room in your baking pan, and baking..."

"It's taken me about 3 tries to get this right. This one is the savory version. I plan on making a sweet version as well. A couple of people have suggested using a pork tenderloin and rolling or wrapping it around the stuffing, I haven't tried it, you may ;)"
