"In researching many recipes to achieve the perfect, awesome chili that I could make in a large batch by using my 6 qt crock pot (slow cooker), I came across 3 different ones that I deconstructed and then reconstructed using my own variations and twists. I had a wonderful success on my first try. I served this during the holidays in 2012 to a large..."

"This is a really simple and wonderfully tasty chicken dish that I found in a low cholesterol cookbook while researching recipes to help manage my husbands cholesterol levels.
This slightly sweet and sour tasting chicken can be served hot or cold, and goes well with salad, rice, potatoes or in naan pockets.
Great for barbecues!!

This can be served warm or at room temperature. It would be a good addition to a bento box (Japanese boxed lunch). I found this gem in the Chicago Tribune,..."

"There are times when you just want to keep it simple: to use fewer ingredients but still to produce a sensational result. This is a simple but delicious recipe for chicken kebabs. For the best results, the recipe recommends cooking the kebabs over glowing coals but concedes that the kebabs can be cooked on a preheated grill. I found this recipe in..."
