"I adopted this recipe from the Recipezaar account, and I'm so glad that I did. This has become a regular addition to my OAMC and I have created a public cookbook filled with recipe ideas using this recipe. This is a three-ingredient wonder that's easy (5 minutes of your time), delicious and versatile."

"This is the simple Potato Leek Soup I like to make in big batches the day after I roast a chicken. One chicken carcass usually yields about 8 cups of broth which works perfectly for this recipe. I developed it using inspiration from a few online recipes but deliberately took out the usual milk and reduced the butter. I also didn't want too many..."

"An easy and tasty dinner served over noodles, this moist chicken with a flavorful sauce sure to please, received from Taste of Home on line and my family loves it. My DH made this for us and insisted on cutting the chicken into chunks to speed cooking time and that worked good for us"

"I love the addition of fruit to salads. To make this recipe vegan, substitute a vegan mayonnaise for the regular mayo.

"I love this recipe. You can make ahead and freeze it in batches. If you love garlic like myself, you will love this one!
I use San Marzano tomatoes because they are simply the best. But If you cannot find San Marzano tomatoes, I recommend Colivata or Cento brand crushed tomatoes."

"A rich delicious soup. Good as a part of suhoor or futoor (iftar) the meals before sunrise and fajr prayer and after sunset & maghreb prayer during the month of Ramadan. Here is what the original poster had to say, "This is not only the most popular dish in Greece but Albania as well. The two countries share many recipes. The Greek dish however..."

"Chinese Chop Suey made with pork. I've cooked this for the past 45 years...and it's at it's best the following day. My Mom made it this way...so you can figure the recipe is a good 70 years old. Guess that's considered "antique" :) It freezes well, without losing flavor."
