"Did you know simple grocery store plastic wrap does not begin to melt until after 400F degrees? I didn't either until I heard Chef Robert Irvine tell that fun fact to a restauranteur.
I had already made baby backs using this method, which worked GREAT...but this was my first attempt at cooking a full-on roast.

"I got this delicious and tasty and easy recipe from the Abilene Chuckwagon Cook-Off. Romaldo was the "cookie" from one of the large ranches in that area. I have used this recipe so often, it is one of my favorite tried and true. It re-heats well and freezes very well."

"A spicy, tangy and sweet Sicilian cooked vegetable salad with an added Mexican touch. Which gives this significant heat depending on the poblanos. They tend to be mild, to unpredictably hot. Adding 1 whole bulb of roasted garlic bring this to aaaaaAAAAAHHHhhhh YUM levels!!!!..
You can use Roasted Fresh Chilies Like Poblanos Jalapenos Bell Peppers.. Roasted Garlic With Herbs and Olive Oil these recipes as a guide...."

"From Real Simple magazine. Easy and delicious. I use pork loin, which is a leaner cut of meat than originally called for (boneless pork shoulder), but stir all the juices back in and serve with sour cream, guacamole and/or salsa and no worries about it being too dry."

"I don't know about you guys but I cheat sometimes and buy taquitos from the freezer section of the grocery. I knew there had to be a way to make me feel less guilty so thus became the taquito recipe. I think you could do this with chicken also, but have yet to do it yet."
