"This meatloaf is a breeze to make, holds together and slices nicely- a problem I have had with meatloaves in the past. It is a sure winner from my mother-in-law, who is a fabulous cook. Feel free to experiment with Ro-Tel tomatoes or other ingredients."

"My family loves blue cheese - my husband will even eat it right from the container! One night, I was looking for a new way to use ground beef and this is what I came up with. It's now our favorite winter comfort food. We like to serve it with Parmesan Cous Cous."

"I lovingly adopted this recipe from Zaar. After making it I adjusted the ingredients a bit to give it more flavor and appeal. It is an easy meal to put together and tastes pretty good as well. I served it with buttered egg noodles and steamed broccoli. Everyone enjoyed it.... Happy Cooking!"

"This is one of the first meals I made when I started out cooking for my husband. I was lucky to come across this recipe for meatloaf in a church cookbook because it is one of our favorites even today. I have tried other meatloafs but none of them taste like this one..."
