Of course, we have to double to whole recipe, using 2 to 3 pounds ground beef, the whole package of onion soup mix, and a 12 fluid ounce can of Carnation evaporated milk. This is good with baked potatoes and some Bush's baked beans. (or any other vegetables: corn, peas...) I..."

"Just a basic meatloaf recipe that my family happens to really enjoy. If you don't have green onions (they do add a great flavour), or your kids pick out the green pieces, you can substitute them with 1/2 medium onion, chopped. I'm not a huge fan of ketchup, but you can add it on top if you want to. Make these in a muffin tin if you want to..."

"A tangy twist on everyday meatloaf. A perfect comfort food and not to bad in carbs. With the exception of the breadcrumbs, this could be low carb - only 10g per serving. If you want "legal" low carb, substitute Parmesan or Romano cheese for the breadcrumbs."
