"This is an easy, one-pot spaghetti that goes great with a salad and garlic bread. I got this recipe out of Southern Living Magazine, November 1998. "A great way to include all four food groups in one dish, and sneak a wide variety of vegetables into your family's diet.
The texture is very soft, making it easy for baby to mash or chew. Breadcrumbs can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer in a baggie."

"This was a recipe I was a little nervous trying as I am not a pie maker...What a pleasant surprise- it turned out delicious and was a good stick to your ribs meal on a cool fall day. Update- I tried it this year with the new Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts, it turned out wonderful, see the photo I took!"
