"This is one of my family's favourite recipes; I am constantly asked all the time to make it. I was taught it by a Moroccan friend who also lives in France - it is an old family recipe passed down for many years. It is great all year around - served with flat breads or pitta breads & assorted salads in spring & summer or served with hot..."

"A delicious & heady combination of good red wine, prime beef, smoked bacon, dried orange, shallots, garlic & cepes - dried forest mushrooms! A traditional French recipe with a twist - cook it in the crock pot for ease and convenience. Wonderful in the depths of winter, but equally lovely with crisp salads, crusty bread & baked potatoes during..."

"A Chinese type of Chicken with Cashews recipe. I added less peanut oil when I was stir-frying as I thought six tablespoons was a bit to much. I used Bill Hilbrich's Sweet Sour Sauce Secrets as a starting point for the sauce. It makes a generous size dish for two with lots of sauce for the rice / couscous or you could use say 500g of chicken and divide it four..."

"Preparation time does include marinade time, just to allow the marinade to soak into the beef. To get neat thin slices of beef I freeze the beef for 45 mins and then slice thinly, giving me the perfect cut. I don't eat red meat but Hubby and Little Miss (DD) love beef and they enjoyed this quick recipe. Original recipe comes from Annette Sym's..."
