"My favorite way to prepare tuna steaks is from the cookbook, ONE POT SPANISH, by the late Penelope Casas. A Greek-American writer from Queens, she helped introduce Americans to Spanish cuisine in the 80s. Sadly, she passed away in August, 2013, at the age of 70, following complications of treatment for leukemia. In this recipe she suggests cutting..."

"This recipe by Martha Stewart makes the most amazingly moist and perfect turkey. Both my mom and mother and law have been using this recipe exclusively since they discovered it about 6 years back. Once you try it you will not go back to making a turkey any other way!
Prep time includes 2 hours for turkey to stand."

"I wanted a basic way to cook drumsticks since they are cheaper than the breasts. I didn't want alot of spice or sauce on it so if you are looking that, this is not the recipe for you. We found it just right for us, the flavor of the chicken really comes through. I served with corn and twice baked potato casserole."

"My #1 way to cook a pork tenderloin or a boneless pork loin because it's ALWAYS moist and tender. It's easy and foolproof! If you like, marinate the roast and rub with any seasonings that please your palate!
So many people have asked me how long to cook tenderloins if they have "more than one" to cook, I wanted to give..."
