"I made these as part of several dishes I was doing, so I only did 10 ribs, but the sauce would be enough if you were making 1-1.5 kg of spareribs. It is a super easy recipe to make and the end result is wonderful. I always par boil my ribs as this is the way get tender ribs every time."

"I was only cooking for 3 so I did 10 wings cut in half and 5 large ribs chopped in half to make 10 and this perfect for us, so just adjust for how many you are serving. If you wanted to make these for 4 and were not making ribs as well I would allow for 3 wings per person, so a total of 12 chopped in half and I would make some stir fried rice to accompany...."

"Just another simple yet yummy way to prepare mussels.. I have listed 2 kilos in weight of mussels and this will serve 3-4 depending on whether serving as a main or appetiser and also on appetites. My hubby and I are quite piggy and can almost polish off 2kg by ourselves. I usually serve this for the three of us as a main with some hot crusty bread..."
