"Bulgur is a whole grain, like brown rice, and I sometimes use it in place of rice. I usually get it at a Turkish grocery in my town, but was excited to see it in my regular Stop and Shop the other day. "I have the worst luck making rice. I found this on the food network and made it for my DBF's birthday dinner since he loves rice. It came out perfectly and he even had seconds.I'm not sure if it is the "Best" but it certainly is wonderful!"
