"It's well known that Russians have some basic cooking rules: 1) Try to use sour cream everywhere you can, and 2) Never throw anything away. This is a combination recipe of those two rules, a no cook dessert (or even breakfast) which is super delicious, creating a really yummy sauce without cooking at all!
