"I grew up eating a very yummy, but very fattening version of banana bread. Since starting Weight Watchers, I wanted to recreate the same type of bread without all the fat as well as incorporating whole grains. "I love caramelized onions. I love cream soups. Why not combine the two?
As a side note, caramelizing the onions takes a while. You don't want to burn them, you want to caramelize them. Be patient! :]"
