"This is a remake of 4 point Weight Watchers Chicken Stroganoff for the Crock Pot - 4 Points. The Dollar General within walking distance of me does not carry non-fat sour cream or the 98% fat free soup. Plus its a larger can. I est that my version comes in at 5 or 6 points, plus noodles.
The other recipe did not have noodles listed but I will so we can get the correct points."

"This is a really simple and wonderfully tasty chicken dish that I found in a low cholesterol cookbook while researching recipes to help manage my husbands cholesterol levels.
This slightly sweet and sour tasting chicken can be served hot or cold, and goes well with salad, rice, potatoes or in naan pockets.
Great for barbecues!!

"Translated and adapted from a French recipe on the back of the lentil bag label.
If you subsitute garam masala for the herbs the provence, you'll have Indian lentil soup. Add fresh mint, and you'll have a Morroccan version."

"Super-moist, super-easy, super-good! Try this with or without the shredded coconut. For this recipe, I use a bundt cake pan and I don't add any kind of frosting or glaze. You can if you want, but this moist, rich cake doesn't need it."
