"Fresh strawberries, smooth chocolate, and cream cheese combine to form a rich pie that tastes something like a chocolate-covered strawberry--only better! Save time by using pre-made strawberry glaze and omitting the last three ingredients. Perfect for a summer party!"

"Midsummer would not be Midsummer without strawberries, and this is a simple Swedish recipe to make, to celebrate Midsummer, wherever you may be! In Scandinavia, the summer solstice is a magical time. The lavender twilight lasts until 11 p.m. and the day breaks again at about 2 a.m.; above the Arctic Circle, the sun doesn't sink below the horizon..."

"A fabulous recipe for a soft set strawberry jam, or rather a strawberry conserve, where most of the fruit remains whole and is suspended in a delicious strawberry flavoured jammy syrup! This conserve reminds me of the traditional Cream Teas you get in the West country of England - especially Devon and Cornwall; a pot of tea served with fluffy fresh..."

"Old fashioned strawberry goodness! This delicious jam with its rich, fruity Strawberry flavor is lovely served on warm buttered Strawberry and Cream Scones with Devon or Cornish cream (see my Homemade Lemon Clotted Cream) for a traditional English Strawberry Cream Tea. An updated old family recipe. Enjoy!"

"This is a yearly tradition in my home since I found this recipe in TOH in 1994. My family and friends look forward to it every year. I make it only on the 4 of July or Memorial day, just because I love the idea of the tradition, but would be a great desert any time. I hope you like it as much as we have."

"Fresh pineapple, grapes, kiwi and strawberries come together in this simply fresh fruit salad. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime, and a drizzle of honey, if desired. For a party, would be great served with one of my fruit dips such as Strawberry Bavarian Dressing - Fresh Fruit Dip, Pink Fluff Fruit Dip, Lemony Delicious Lemon Curd & Yogurt Fruit Dip, or Lemon-Lime Yogurt Fruit Dip."

"This recipe is one of my Grandma's. I found this in the Shoe box my Mom keeps all of her treasured recipes in. Grandma made this several times when we would come for a visit. Plan ahead, this pie needs about 4 hours to set up."
