"These do not look like Mounds or Almond Joys, but the taste is very similar. I make these every Christmas along with my cookies and they are very easy and quick to make. They are very pretty on a tray when placed in decorated mini muffin liners."

"These candies are delectable. Covered first with chocolate and than white chocolate, they are truly decadent! If you're really a chocolate fanatic (like me), try using semisweet chocolate instead of white for the second coating."

"I used to always make these with shortening and milk chocolate but I found a lighter version using Canola Oil(rich in monounsaturated fats)instead of shortening(mostly saturated fat) and when I made these for New Years Eve not only are they lower in fat but I think the dark chocolate(also lower in fat) really better enhances the flavor of the strawberries...."
