"Another personal South Beach Diet friendly favorite of mine. It's flavorful and easy to throw together, bakes in less than 1 hour. I serve this with a side of my Mexican Jumping Beans. For the taco seasoning, I like to make my own (no sugar added; there are plenty of taco seasoning Zaar recipes to choose from, if you would like to make your own."

"As I have stated before I mostly gather, modify and review recipes instead of designing them and this is one of those recipes. The recipe came from LeighDear at LowCarbFriends.com and is one I did not modify at all. It is a REALLY good dish that my family loves and has been getting great reviews. Thanks for the great recipe Leigh!"

"This is a delicious chicken recipe that pleases my whole family. At 1.5 grams carb per serving it goes well with a carb controlled diet, but those not on carb control love it too. I serve this with a crisp salad and white wine.
Hope you enjoy this as much as we do!

"These spicy chicken skewers are very simple to make but taste absolutely delicious, grilled for all of 8 minutes! You do need to marinate these for at least 4 hours so plan ahead, however the marinade is so quick and easy to make it takes all of 5 minutes! Serve with a crisp leaf salad for a great low carb main meal"

"I made it the first time because I was craving something that was sort of like a chicken cordon blue, but with bacon, broccoli and provolone, since that's what I had in the fridge! I also wanted it to be a casserole so my wife could make it when she got home from. So I made it in the morning, put it in a baking dish in the fridge and they cooked..."

"Theresa Bellissimo is credited with creating the original Hot Wings at the Buffalo Anchor Bar. She says always fry, never bake, and never flour the wings. Hope you enjoy the original recipe! We serve it with bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks. DH gives this recipe 10 stars - I said we could only rate it up to 5 stars. I added my personal wing..."
