"The is a recipe I've developed over the years. I use it on other fish than just Salmon, because not everyone in my family likes Salmon. Any fish will work, just make sure you have a nice sized steak. It is very flavorful and a little different than just another fish on the grill. It is definitely a MUST-TRY! Enjoy."

"Although you can make these in a frypan, they are definitely better grilled, I make these on both my indoor grill as well as outdoor grill, make certain to oil the grill well before cooking them. Serve these on toasted buns with mayo and lettuce and sprinkle extra hoisin sauce over them. You should get about 6-8 patties with 2 pounds of fresh salmon...."

"The salmon may also be made under the broiler. I have made this salmon many times, it is wonderful! Great served with rice and salad. The fish has to marinade in the fridge for about 1-1/2 hours before cooking, so plan ahead. The recipe can easily be doubled for two salmon fillets."

"A little spice, a little salsa, a lot of flavour and its also healthy! The recipe comes courtesy of Good Times magazine. Adjust the cajun seasoning to your own taste - if you don't have any, there are a number of good ones on Zaar!"
