"Ok, on Low Carb diets we use cauliflower as a substitute for potatoes. This particular recipe is a re-write of my Garlic mashed potato recipe. I just removed the exact same amount of potato and replaced it with the same exact amount of frozen cauliflower.
Not only did I find THIS recipe much easier than using real potatoes, it tastes 10..."

"This recipe is taken from Recipe 84516, Low Carb Pizza, which is very tasty. I made some modifications to lower the number of calories. The original called for heavy cream, but most grocery stores now carry low-carb milk (Hood brand, green and blue cartons). Chicken and broccoli are a great finish on this "crust"."

"I had a guest on a low carb diet and she gave me this recipe. It's really lemony and delicious. There was a slight aspartime aftertaste, but for those trying to cut back on the carbs it's a great dessert! Prep time includes chilling."
