"I prefer a good portabella mushroom sandwich to a typical veggie burger anyday, and this one is excellent. It's juicy, garlicky and cheesy, and really quick. Try it on the grill in the summer, on grilled French bread with garden-fresh tomato ... mmmmmmm! Prep time includes marinating mushrooms."

"In going through my recipe box I found this one, done in my husband's handwriting. They sound like a good alternative lower fat dessert. There is no serving size given so serving size is approximate. Cook time is set time."

"Rudy loves these eggs basted hard. They are a cross between poached and fried. You can cook them to your preference; I like basted soft myself, served with toast. You need a fry pan with a lid, glass is best, so you can watch for doneness."

"This is a modernized version of the 1970's Bisquick Pie, however, no Bisquick is used in this delicious pie. It's easy to make, without the bother of a pie shell, rolling dough, parbaking etc. Can be served warm or at room temperature, or, as an hors d'oevre, cut into 1 - inch squares. Recipe courtesy of Cooks Country."
