"This is my version on how to cook perfect rice....every grain will cooked to perfection...not one will stick together and you can make fried rice dishes right away with no problems!!
Note: you will need a saucepan with clear glass lid...as there is to be no peeking!
Can easily be doubled....cooking time a guesstimate."

"My DH found this recipe in a Paul Prudhomme book and has adjusted it to our preferences. Great side for just about anything (especially grilled foods) with a light flavor - which doesn't end up competing with your other dishes. Really easy to make, just toss it in the oven and forget about it (so to speak) while you work on other things. :)..."

"My husband loves rice pudding, but he's diabetic (we both are). This is a simple recipe which only makes enough for two servings. He can't pig out! I usually set aside cooked rice just to make this for him."

"I love this recipe for Arroz con Pollo as does my family. It is lower in fat than most you'll run across. I'll be looking forward to your feedback. Enjoy another of our favorites. NOTE: pitted and stuffed green olives can be used in place of the black olives."

"Authentic Cajun flavor! I grew up eating and love red beans and rice, these are just like I remember. Serve with Tabasco sauce for a little kick. My family loved to splash a little cider vinegar in each bowl."
