"This is a lovely, flavourful but light dish that can be easily adapted for a diet with low fat ingredients. You can't get crushed pineapple where I live so I use pineapple chunks and chop them very finely. Cooking time includes half an hour of chill time."

"This is from my 365 Pasta Recipes cookbook, but I changed the original recipe quite a bit. Food should be attractive and this dish is really pretty and colorful. And easy to make! Cut the veggies really tiny. This is a great dish for work lunches because it is good hot or cold."

"Yup, another tuna macaroni salad. I really like this one, though. I always use mild curry powder to keep it "crowd-friendly". I've never made it with a hotter, spicer curry powder so I can't recommend it. Like most macaroni salads, you'll probably want to moisten it with some milk before serving.... especially the next day."

"This is from Cooking Light July 2010. I brought it to a picnic and it went over well. It's mayo free so it holds up well on a hot day. I liked it so much, Thought I'd post it here for safekeeping. I did make a bit more of the dressing than the recipes called for, seemed a little dry otherwise."
