"I clipped this recipe from Taste of Home magazine several years ago and have found it to be the best-tasting easy beef and broccoli stir-fry. It is credited to Ruth Stahl. I often use charcoal chuck steak, which is very tender and lean. I also like that it doesn't call for any unusual ingredients."

"A delicious one dish meal that is full of flavor and will be cooked in less than 1 hour. The only prep time is for 2 cups of water to boil; and make sure the chicken is thawed if previously frozen. I got this recipe from my Brand Named Best Loved Casseroles book, in the "Dinner in Minutes" chapter."

"This is a great recipe for a weeknight....it takes less than 30 minutes to prepare using cooked ham! With a salad and some garlic bread, this makes for a quick and easy meal. The original recipe comes from Taste of Home, submitted by Angie Smith. Try it over angel hair pasta too...its yummy with that as well."

"I got this recipe from Food Network website and
changed it a little bit to my taste. It's great tasting and easy to make. Great comfort food on a rainy, cold day. You can use cauliflower as well. Hope you enjoy!"

"From Swansons e-newsletter. This is a healthy version of pasta primavera. I always use either Low Sodium Chicken Broth storebought or use broth I've made myself. I think otherwise the flavor gets too salty. You could make this vegetarian by using vegetable stock in place of the chicken stock."
