"From the June, 2010 issue of Bon Appetite. This is a refreshing summer salad in which the dill and balsamic vinegar truly give a lift. It is best prepared a day in advance, and will keep well in the refrigerator for a few days."

"This is my favorite summer salad recipe. I make the day before because it tastes better the second day when the flavors blend (and they blend nicely!). It's a very pretty salad that you'll be proud to serve."

"As the weather turns chilly, my tastes immediately turn to comforting stews and thick soups. Though I am not a vegetarian, I enjoy having meatless meals a couple of times a week. Saw this one on cooking Light and wanted to post it for future reference. For those on the WW Core program, the stew is Core plus points for the feta garnish."

"This recipe is easy and healthy, a good side dish or a main course for lunch. Vegetarian. Inspired by an edamame salad in the salad bar at my grocery store. It looked but didn't taste good, so I decided to make one that did."

"This recipe was very broadly adapted from the Kingsolver book, Animal Vegetable Miracle. I wanted to create a potato salad without mayonnaise for a picnic, so that any leftovers would keep well enough for future lunches. For potatoes I recommend Yukon Golds, and I recommend that the lima (butter) beans be fresh. Celeriac is also known as celery..."

"These are great beans to use in Bloody Mary's, or on an appetizer tray, or in your brown bag. I recommend starting with the 1/4 tsp. cayenne unless you know you really like the extra heat. Prep time does not include preparing the jars for canning."

"We had this salad as an appetizer at a diner party. My friend Samantha told me it was a Gordon Ramsay recipe. I am not a big Ramsay fan but think this salad is fab! So here it is to share...as far as I could tell the only thing Sam did different was giving us one egg each (quatered)
Gordon says in his recipe to simmer the eggs for 9 minutes, seems..."
