"This combines Baked Bacon (Oven Fried Bacon) and Best Baked Beans, with tweaks (like doubling the bacon). Made for July 4th party. It tastes so good, with a big wallop of flavor, I don't feel guilty about starting with Bush's Homestyle Baked Beans."

"First, thank you to *Parsley* - Chef # 199848 - for inspiring me with her "Thick and Chunky Crock Pot Game Day Chili," Thick and Chunky Crock Pot Game Day Chili. I had tried about 20 different recipes for Chili, and *Parsley*'s was the best. But I've been tweaking it for a year and a half now, and I think I did it! This chili is medium to medium-hot, not..."

"Authentic Cajun flavor! I grew up eating and love red beans and rice, these are just like I remember. Serve with Tabasco sauce for a little kick. My family loved to splash a little cider vinegar in each bowl."

"Tried this the other day and loved it! If you use a couple of 8 oz. packages of diced tofu, found in the produce section of your grocery store, and bottled minced ginger, this goes together in no time. A rice cooker does a great job with brown rice, too, and will keep the rice warm until serving. A quick, healthy dish from Cooking Light."

"Slow cooker Ham and Beans soup! I use my leftover meaty ham bone from Easter just like my mom used too. You'll love the way the ham falls off the bone as you shred it for the soup. Throw in all the ingredients and let it cook all day and then enjoy. Don't forget the chunky bread to dip in the soup."

"A southern staple, this is one of those good ol' down home meals.
Add a pan of cornbread and it's almost perfection! And if you’re in the mood to splurge, fried potatoes are a must. I used to spend all day cooking a pot of beans and watching them carefully so they didn't burn. The crock pot solves that problem."

"These are easy to make you can do the wonton wraps the day or so ahead and have the sausage mixture made in advance then just 5 minutes before serving you fill the wraps and pop them in the oven. For a lighter exterior I prefer to use Spring Roll wraps. Use your regular pork breakfast sausage. if you wish use Italian sausage or bratwurst"
