"Swai is a relatively new fish in the meat counters of my area of the country. While shopping at Sam’s, I saw the bags of frozen Swai fillets and they looked so good that I decided to buy them even though I did not know what the heck a Swai was. "Wonderful way to get kids to eat squash. I've made this for years, and haven't found anyone who didn't like it. Its creamy, easy and delicious.I used to tell my kids it was a dessert pudding, and it was years before they realized they were eating squash. It has a nice vanilla taste. You can use splenda as a substitute for the sugar.

The right size pan for 1, 2 or 3 egg omelette is about 8-inches in diameter at the base. It should ba shallow with sloping sides to make it easier to slide the omelette onto the plate.

Keep in mind that these take quite a bit of time to carefully hollow..."

"Here's a good way to use leftover pot roast -- with its juices and any leftover vegetables. Its a very flexible, use-what-you've-got soup so its hard to go wrong. If you don't have homemade beef stock (butchers aren't giving away bones anymore), soup base is tastier than regular bullion. I like the Tones brand you can get at Sam's..."
