    Thank you so much for posting this wonderful menu! I shared it with my weekly vegetarian cooking group, in which our Jewish members had requested to celebrate Rosh Hashana for our meal last night. It was a huge hit. We used all of the recipes except Tzimmes Deluxe and Rum and Honey Fruit Salad, and added some sliced apples with a bowl of honey for dipping. Delicious and a wonderful opportunity for our friends to share the holiday with us!

    We made everything but the two side dishes and it was so delicious. We had no leftovers which was surprising - everything was eaten up so quickly. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I like to see more protein in a menu. We also added sliced apples with honey.
