This is a great recipe that this family all really enjoyed. I did use breast for this recipe as this is the only cut of chicken this family prefers as a whole.
Again another find from "The Weekly Times" .....Seem's nowadays I only buy for the recipes....lol
Now the recipe states as follows --
The "wow" factor of cooking comes readily with being careful (don't over-do it) inclusion of fresh ginger in your dishes. It can be a dominant flavouring, or it can work in conjunction with other flavours.
