From the Montreal Gazette. You start with a base, which is a seasoning base, and then use 1 of 3 options. And I love options! For the mild chili powder they suggest using Aleppo or New Mexico. I guess they are varieties of the mild chili powder. For option #3 keep the juice of the tomato.
